SWAGG Himself

Deion "SWAGG"  Williams, 28-year-old LA Based Loctician. SWAGG started his loc journey on November 16th, 2009. He struggled to find a loctician, which pushed him to learn the art of loc maintenance. Eventually, SWAGG started styling friends & family. He registered with the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board in February 2019. As of 2021 , Deion is now pursuing his dream in Los Angeles, California. He is meticulous & strives for great customer service.

What To Expect

-Specialize in locs & natural hair care maintenance, consultation & styling.

- Consultation consist of analyzing  clients' hair & other physical features to determine beauty treatments & suggested hairstyles.

- Sanitize workstations and salon equipment before & after each client for safety purposes.
